Once published, designs are displayed by registration date. Registration date is the date the application was made (or treated as made). For example, if you applied for a design on 6 December 2021, and it’s published in the journal the following year, it would appear under December 2021.

Service disruption

1) We are aware of an issue with some design images not being displayed. We are working to resolve this issue.

2) A small proportion of registered designs have an error in their dates. We are working to correct this - please see this news article.
